I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is fantastic, right by the beach, which is a major plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. However, I found the rooms in the old wing to be quite uncomfortable, as the beds felt hard and the cleanliness was below my expectations. The dining options left something to be desired too, making breakfast a bit underwhelming.

The staff truly made my experience memorable with their friendliness and willingness to help. However, the rooms had some issues, particularly in the old wing where I found the beds to be uncomfortably hard. Overall, I felt it was a good value for money given the location, but the lack of Wi-Fi included was a bit inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located right on the beach and in the heart of Kuta. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making my experience even better. The rooms were cozy and included a large bed and a decent shower, although the view was just a big palm tree.
